We are offering a one year warranty for all our products unless otherwise noted.
If your products can not functioning correctly, please contact the service department and we will replace the unit for you as soon as possible.
Firestone Audio is the only authorized service agent for Firestone products.
If the unit is modified by any person other than Firestone Audio authorized personnel will void the warranty. Also the warranty only covers damage occurred during normal usage. The warranty doesn't cover the damage due to accident, misuse, neglect, abuse or failure to follow instructions of operation .
If a unit is under warranty, you are only responsible for paying the one way shipping charges to send the product to us.
Refunds
All refund requests need to contact with Firestone Audio service department first.
Products must be in pristine cosmetic condition, functioning perfectly, and include all materials (plastic bags, warranty cards, tools...etc.) Please send products back exactly as you received them in order to receive a full refund.
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. No refunds after 30 days.
We hope to help with the requests as soon as we can, but due to the uncertainty of shipping time and other issues, the refund process might take up to 2 ~ 4 weeks.
Please package the product as near original condition as possible and ship the product back in the original shipping box in order to keep it in "near new" condition.
Also please note we can't be responsible for lost or damaged packages.
